Why Does My Document State TBA?

TBA usually means that your device has not synced with the Powered Now servers in the cloud. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a service (3G or above). The next document number will not be generated until you have connected to a service (3G and above). 

If a number is not generated after the connection, please contact support@powerednow.com.
