Beta software is a great way to experience and help shape the development of Powered Now. You are also getting access to tools you may need months before they are available to the general public, and it gives you a way to influence the development Powered Now by having direct access to the developers during the creation process.
With this opportunity, however, comes some responsibilities we think are important.
First, you must remember that this software is under development. The software is stable, but there is the possibility that not all functionality is intact and that it may even crash. We don't think so, but that is where we need your input, ideas, and the diversity of your experience and equipment.
Secondly, the beta version, its software and all content found on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Powered Now does not give any warranties, whether express or implied, as to the suitability or usability of the beta version, its software or any of its content.
Finally, Powered Now will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of the beta, its software or content.
