Update customer/company details on the document (PDF regen)

How to update your customer/company details on PDF

 

With Version 10's release we have made some adjustments to the way PDF rendering occurs, with this change, if you update customer/company details after a document's creation date you will need to force this change whilst editing the document.

  • After adjusting the customer's details in the contact record or your company details in the settings, to adjust it on the document go into the document and then go 'Options' > 'Edit Document'
  • In there will be a button to update both the 'Customer/Address' and 'Company Details'
