Set Your Default Project Titles

Here is an article that will help with choosing what will populate as default for your project names

To set this, go into the Settings (cog top right of the home page) and then into General Settings

In there click on the Projects tab at the top and scroll down to the Project Name Second Part section

Choose here what you want to appear in the project name as default when you create one and click save at the top.

Once saved, when you go to create a new project, it will add whatever you save as your default second name to your project name. However if you wanted to add any additional details into the title, you can add this and it will then follow by the second part you set.

For example if you want to create a project for all boiler services for a specific address. Have the second part of the project name set to Site Address, then when you go to create the project. You can title it Boiler Service and then it will have the address afterwards.

(If you select Site Address as your default project name and create a project for a main contact address and not a site, it will still populate the main contacts address in the project name)
