You can quickly and easily turn a quote into an invoice saving you typing!
In Lesson Five, we demonstrated how you can create a quote using the New Quote button on the home screen. For this lesson we are going to do exactly the same but for an invoice.
Creating an invoice follows the same process as before, however, if there is an existing quote for the customer, Powered Now will give you the option to select it. If you do select an existing quote the full details will be transferred to the invoice.
You can, of course, edit the detail as before, but it’s a nice way to speed up creating invoices.
