You can ask your customers to sign your documents in Powered Now
You can capture signatures in a few areas. Any document, all certificates and the project itself can be signed off by the customer.
To sign off a project:
- Select the Project in question
- Select Add new item to project
- Select capture signature and a box will appear
- Ask the customer to sign in the box.
To sign off a document:
- Select the document in question
- Select Options
- Select Sign and a box populates
- Ask the customer to sign in the box
- Tap the Save icon and the document will populate the preview with the customer's signature.
NB. This feature is only available on the mobile versions of Powered Now.
