- Go to the Project you'd like to add the credit note to.
- Select the blue pencil icon on the invoice you'd like to credit.
- Select the blue Options icon on the top right.
- Select Credit from the drop-down menu.
- From here you can choose an amount or percentage to credit, leave yourself a note as to why, and send the credit note to the customer.
When you return to the project you will see the credited amount will have been removed from the invoiced total and a note will appear on the Project Timeline for ease of record keeping.
