How to enable this within your Premium Customer Portal
Settings > Customer portal settings > Make files uploaded to projects visible in the customer portal by default
Once enabled, anytime you upload a file into the project you will have the option to make it visible to the customer in the portal by flicking the switch for this when uploading. This switch can been turned on/off at anytime so you can make it visible/invisible on the portal at any point.
