ETA / Arrival Assistant

An update to Powered Now appointment, when you press the ‘On my way’ button.

  • To make sure that the ETA is turned on you'll need to update the default message that gets sent to the customer letting them know you're on your way. For this you'll need to go into your settings (Green cog top right of the home page) and then go to 'Communications & Reminders'
  • In there first make sure that the switch for ETA in the 'Customer Appointment Notifications' section half way down the page. After making sure this is turned on click on 'Message Content' at the top.

  • The ETA includes live traffic look up, we use the Google Maps API for this to give the nearest estimation of arrival to your customer.

How does this benefit your customer?

Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with proactive appointment updates. Powered Now's 'On My Way' feature now incorporates real-time traffic information, automatically notifying your clients of your ETA and minimising any potential wait-time anxiety.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have adjusted your "Attending Appointment" message contents you will need to reset this back to default to get the automated ETA formula to populate.

If you click into the settings cog > Communications & Reminders > Message contents > scroll down to the Attending appointment confirmation > Click "restore defaults"
