Customer Insights - Colour coded Statuses

Customer Insights allows Powered Now users to set individual customer status. The status is colour coded and users can set as many as they like.

 

 

Summary of Feature

  • The status contains a status description and a colour
  • There is a new pull down box at the top of each customer record
  • The customer list also displays the status colour
  • You can filter customers by status
  • The customer status column is extracted in your sales invoices reports, making it easy to categorise your income between sectors of the business.

Customer Benefits:

In a Powered Now survey, it was found that 40 out of 1000 homeowners admitted to being a rogue customer. With our Customer Status feature, instantly organise your clients into custom categories (such as Normal, Risky, Gold Star). Prioritise the VIPs, keep an eye on the risks, and give your business the treatment it deserves!

This can also be used for external marketing:

If you Enter a status for each month's servicing customers, you can then export your customer data with specific months of where customers have their annual services, at this point if you have any seasonal promotional offers you can collate their emails and reach out to them.
