How Powered Now Appointment Notification Triggers Work
There's been a few changes with the notification triggers which are in the communications tab.
You just need to click into the settings and go to communications.
Then you can notify the contacts within the contact records so you can either choose both which would be a main contact or site contact, only main contact or only address contact (that would be either a tenant or site manager whoever you normally deal with.)
Method of notifying
You can notify via email or text message or both.
Here you can select if you want to notify on appointment creation, notify on appointment date and time or assignment change, notify on cancellation of appointment and notify customers on going to the appointment.
