How to create multiple versions of a certificate
This article will show you how you can create multiple versions of a certificate in Powered Now, making it easy to customise certificate titles or set different expiry and next inspection dates for each customer.
Go into the Settings (Green cog top right of the home page) and then in there, go into Forms & Certificates
From there select Available Forms & Certs at the top and click the Cog next to the certificate you want to create a duplicate of.
From there in the top right click the Duplicate button. That will pop up a box asking you what you want the new version of the certificate to be title.
Once created and saved, in the Certificate settings or when you go to create a new Certificate, the new version you created will have Duplicated labelled on it to help know which one is the new certificate you created.
