When you send an email some detail is coded such as customer name, data and time of appointment etc which is explained below.
The different choices can be inserted and deleted for each line and can be selected by copy/pasting from below:
- {AppointmentDescription} - This would be the main text entered into the Description section of an Appointment
- {ContactName} - This will automatically input the name of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment
- {ContactPhone} - This will automatically input the phone number of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment
- {ContactEmail} - This will automatically input the email address of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment
- {ContactCompany} - This will automatically input the company name of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment.
- {ContactAddressLine1} - This will automatically input the first address line of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment.
- {ContactAddressLine2} - This will automatically input the second address line of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment.
- {ContactAddressTownCity} - This will automatically input the Town of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment.
- {ContactAddressCounty} - This will automatically input the county of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment.
- {ContactPostcodeZipcode} - This will automatically input the address of the Main Contact associated with your Appointment.
- {SiteName} - This will automatically input the name of the Site Contact associated with your Appointment
- {SitePhone} - This will automatically input the phone number of the Site Contact associated with your Appointment
- {SiteEmail} - This will automatically input the email address of the Site Contact associated with your Appointment
- {SiteAddressLine1} - This will automatically input the first address line of the Site Contact associated with your Appointment
- {SiteAddressLine2} - This will automatically input the second address line of the Site Contact associated with your Appointment
- {SiteAddressTownCity} - This will automatically input the Town of the Site Contact associated with your Appointment
