The simple answer is No.

Powered Now does not support payroll fully, however we do have a few work arounds for staff time to be tracked and stored. 

If you create a project named 'Staff Costs' you can upload csv files, edit them and re- upload to keep track. 

When you're creating appointments the staff member will have a start and stop button in their diary entry. If they remember to click this, it will time stamp the project with their name, date and time spent on the job. If they forget, there is a manual override option to log the time. 

You can also create the costs as an expense so the financials are included.
