1. Select the Customer quick action button from the home screen.

2. Choose whether to create a Supplier or Customer (select both if applicable) and input the customer details (3).

3. If you would like to add an alternate contact to the main contact, choose the + Add Alternate Person button and enter their details 

4. You can also add an Invoicing Contact and Registered Company Address from their respective tabs at the top.

5. Press Save to store the details you’ve entered.

6. Powered Now will automatically scan any email addresses entered to identify possible issues. If a warning appears, confirm the email you have entered has no typos and put a check in the green circle to continue as is
